Tune in to Newstalk Breakfast with Susan Keogh at 8.30am on Sunday morning for a preview of Bike Week 2020 with Martina Callanan, deputy chairperson of the Galway Cycling Campaign. Martina will give an overview of cycling events across Ireland for the next eight days from Saturday 19 to Sunday 27 September ranging from bike maintenance fixes, learning how to cycle at all ages, adventure trails in woods, pedal parades, town tours, and social cycles with coffee and cake.
Given the times we live with Covid-19 restrictions, more and more events are taking places online. Martina will give an update of webinars, live streaming events, social media engagement, online video, and podcasting by Galway Cycling Campaign for Bike Week 2020.
Check out www.bikeweek.ie for details of events nationwide.
